Shipping policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (Monday to Saturday).
Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

• Metro cities: 3–5 working days

• Non-metro cities: 5–7 working days

• Remote locations: 7–10 working days

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping above ₹700

• Standard shipping fee: (depending on location)

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive:

• Tracking link via SMS/Email

• Updates on transit progress

Failed Delivery

If the courier is unable to deliver:

• 3 delivery attempts will be made

• After that, the order will be marked RTO

• Reshipping requires additional shipping fee

Damaged Parcels

If the parcel is damaged:

• Do NOT accept delivery

• Notify us within 48 hours with photos/videos
